- Customers within the United States and U.S. territories
- Including P.O. Boxes.
- All US Military bases, APO/FPO
- Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
Return & Refund
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
To be eligible for a full refund return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with clear sku label. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on our side or a damaged item.
- EverythingApparels will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
- Return auth number must be included with the return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These items includes swimwear, bodysuits, intimate/lingerie, and jewelry. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@everythingapparels.com.
